Peggy helps clients clarify what is most important to them, has a keen ability to break down complex decisions and is adept at propelling clients to act so they achieve their goals. As a business owner and founder of Journey Wealth Partners, Peggy is committed to Journey’s clients realizing their potential. Wealth management knowledge is an important tool in the tool kit, but it is not sufficient for the most successful client results.

Peggy is responsible for building and maintaining the practice and ensuring the highest standards and best-in-class practices for firm leadership, management, operations, compliance, and the delivery of expert and meaningful wealth management outcomes to our clients, along with career development and growth for the Journey Team.

Peggy is a fee-only independent Registered Investment Advisor and the principal of Journey Financial Planners in Concord, Mass. Her desire to assist professionals to maximize their hard-earned capital began during her corporate and entrepreneurial careers and was subsequently honed during her tenure at innovative independent wealth management firms in New York City, Bellevue, Wash., and Melrose, Mass.

  • Passed the broker Series 7 and Series 66 exams but decided against working at Wall Street and commission-driven brokerage firms despite attractive offers

  • Sold WOWFactor, Inc., an Internet firm she founded in 1995, to publicly traded Frontline Communications in 1998
  • Has extensive product management and development experience with AT&T and business development with venture-backed and closely held firms
  • Earned a master of business administration at New York University’s Stern School of Business
  • Earned a bachelor of science in business administration with majors in finance and insurance & international business at Northeastern University

Peggy lives in Cambridge, Mass., with her husband in their newly empty nest. Her three children are spreading their wings across the USA. She enjoys reading, being outdoors, entertaining, running, biking, swimming, yoga and traveling. She is a member of the National Charity League, a mother/daughter leadership development and philanthropic organization, and rode and raised funds for the Pan-Mass Challenge in 2014, 2015 and 2017.

Casey is responsible for ensuring that Journey is aware of and putting into practice every possible planning and investing strategy that may benefit our clients. Given the rapidly evolving needs and opportunities for clients, this is a demanding and challenging responsibility. Casey also leads Journey’s work with an important client group of medical doctors and registered nurses at a foundation at a major Boston hopsital. Casey also is responsible for all planning work and manages Journey’s finance function.

Casey joined Journey in 2014 after 16 years at BNY Mellon. She brings her extensive knowledge of sophisticated wealth management practices to the team, as well as a desire to help people make better financial decisions by fully understanding their financial situation through comprehensive financial planning and sound investment advice.

As a team leader at BNY Mellon, Casey was responsible for managing a team within the Family Office group of Wealth Management of four relationship managers who serviced approximately 25 family office relationships, including virtual family offices, single families and multiple family offices ranging in size from $150 million to $3 billion. The team is responsible for servicing the wealth management needs of ultra-high net worth clients and family offices, and their advisors. These needs include all of the administrative, fiduciary, multi-generational, accounting and tax issues for the family offices. The work involves working closely with senior-level employees of family offices, individual clients and their advisor/consultants.

  • Has earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification from the ABA Graduate National Trust School at Emory University

  • Has extensive wealth management experience from working at BNY Mellon for 16 years
  • Earned a bachelor of science in economics from Boston College

Casey lives with her husband, two boys and Great Dane in Melrose, Mass. In her free time, she enjoys running marathons, competing in triathlons and playing tennis. She has participated in many fundraising events, including 60-mile walks to help find a cure for breast cancer, as well as events to support her boy’s schools and other worthy causes. Other passions include gardening, entertaining, traveling to visit her family in Alabama and let’s not forget college football.

Neil is a successful entrepreneur and business owner. After selling his profitable Massachusetts newspapers (16 weeklies), his interest in financial planning and investing led him to obtain the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. He went on to work for a Boston wealth management firm and then build his own fee-only practice. He joined Journey in 2015 after selling his Collins Financial Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisory firm.

Neil joined Journey in May of 2015 after selling his Collins Financial Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm. Neil is a successful entrepreneur and business owner. Neil’s sale of his profitable newspapers (16 weeklies) in Massachusetts and his interest in financial planning and investing led him to obtain the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, working for a Boston Wealth Management firm and then building his own fee-only practice.

Neil works with select clients when he is not traveling and realizing his own potential as an artist, golfer, foodie or new grandfather. He and his wife Nancy enjoy being snowbirds, shuttling between Maine and Florida, in addition to visiting their children in Minnesota and San Francisco.

Aimée manages client onboarding, workflow, systems and support for Journey Wealth Partners. She is working toward the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate requirements while keeping clients happy, supporting our advisors and keeping the office humming.

Aimée brings a passion for client satisfaction along with skills honed from being a general manager at Envision, a Boston boutique hotel. She started her career in financial services at TD Bank in Burlington, Vt.

Aimée enjoys hiking and cooking (especially baking), and loves her dog Molly and boyfriend Alex. She is devoted to her family in Vermont and upstate New York.
